In each of your two flagship restaurants, we serve beautifully crafted, real food that is sustainably grown and ethically sourced. Our menus change regularly, inspired by the seasons and the finest fresh produce available.
When visiting Delaire Graff Estate, you my see our chefs in the gardens harvesting fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and micro-greens for the day’s menus. What we are unable to grow ourselves, we source from local suppliers committed to sustainable farming practices.
Our menus reflect the changing seasons, with seasonal dishes that are a celebration of the Cape Winelands and its mercurial landscape. Each dish from our restaurants finds a perfect pairing within our awarded wine portfolio.
