Clinton Jacobs, Head Chef at Delaire Graff Restaurant has crafted a special seven-course set menu to showcase the seasonal beauty of the Cape Winelands with the arrival of Spring on the Estate.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors spill out to the sun-dappled terrace where afternoons are spent gazing out the Banghoek Valley. As the sun sets, the crackling fireplace, extensive art collection and world-class wines complement creative bistro favourites crafted with a South African touch.
