At Hōseki, experience a contemporary Japanese farm-to-table dining experience, with a menu that evolves with the seasons. Each dish is infused with the creative brilliance and exuberance that defines Head Chef Virgil Kahn, masterpieces crafted to be savoured and shared, further elevating the spirit of Japanese culture and traditions.

Lorenzo’s

Located next to Delaire Graff Restaurant, Lorenzo’s can seat up to 40 guests under a dramatic Iroko timber pergola, created to give both scale and a sense of intimacy to the space, surrounded and interwoven with beautifully bold flora and fauna. The menu comprises of an exquisite array of antipasti, including Burrata Caprese, wood-fired pizzas with fresh truffle, and handmade pasta such as basil and ricotta tortellini.

Homegrown

When visiting Delaire Graff Estate, you my see our chefs in the gardens harvesting fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and micro-greens for the day’s menus. What we are unable to grow ourselves, we source from local suppliers committed to sustainable farming practices.

Our menus reflect the changing seasons, with seasonal dishes that are a celebration of the Cape Winelands and its mercurial landscape. Each dish from our restaurants finds a perfect pairing within our awarded wine portfolio.
