Exciting refurbishment planned in 2025

As part of our unwavering dedication to maintaining Delaire Graff Estate’s status as one of the world’s premier luxury destinations, our winery building will be closed for refurbishment from Monday 26 May until Sunday 28 September 2025. Please be advised that this will not affect our Lodge guests, as this building is separate from our Lodges and Spa.

REFURBISHMENT MAP

Delaire Graff Restaurant, Lorenzo’s Cucina Italiana and our Wine Lounge will be closed for the duration of the refurbishment, however, our Lodges, Spa and contemporary Japanese restaurant Hōseki will remain open for Lodge guests and day visitors. Regrettably, we will not be able to offer wine tastings for day visitors.
